Pressure WashingSouth Florida FAQs
Got a question? We’re here to help.
Will pressure washing damage my roof or siding?
It can, which is why we don’t use it there. Roofs, stucco, siding, soffits and screens get a soft wash at roughly 100–300 psi — about what a garden hose puts out. High pressure is reserved for hard, flat masonry.
What is soft washing?
Low pressure plus a cleaning solution. The chemistry kills the mold and algae, then a gentle rinse carries it off. It stays gone longer than a plain rinse because the roots go too.
How often should a roof be cleaned in South Florida?
The heat and humidity here bring algae back faster than in most of the country. Most roofs we look after go on a regular cycle rather than waiting until the streaks are obvious — we’ll tell you what yours needs when we quote it.
Do I need to be home?
Not for most exterior work. We need access to an outside water spigot and the gates unlocked. You get a two-hour arrival window and a message when we’re on the way.
What does it cost?
It depends on the surfaces, the square footage and how much staining there is, so we won’t quote a number sight unseen. Send the address and a couple of photos and you’ll get a written price, itemized by surface, usually the same day.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, and the certificate is available on request before we start — property managers and HOAs usually want it on file, and we’re happy to send it over.
What areas do you serve?
Thirty-plus communities from Stuart down to Delray Beach, across the Treasure Coast and the Palm Beaches. If your town isn’t on our list, call anyway — if we’re already nearby that week, we’ll fit you in.
