House Wash
Stucco, vinyl siding, soffits and gutters. Takes off mold, mildew and the salt film the coast leaves behind, without forcing water past the finish.
Black streaks on a South Florida roof are algae, not dirt. We kill it at the root and rinse it off — with no pressure anywhere near the granules.
The heat and humidity here bring algae back faster than in most of the country. Most roofs we look after go on a regular cycle rather than waiting until the streaks are obvious — we’ll tell you what yours needs when we quote it.
If your roof is under warranty, a soft wash is usually the method the manufacturer asks for. Ask us for the certificate of insurance before we start; property managers and HOAs generally want it on file.

Run with a surface cleaner for one even tone across the whole slab. Oil, rust and tire marks get treated first, then washed — not scrubbed at afterward.
Deep clean, fresh joint sand, then a sealer that brings the color back. Locked joints mean the weeds and the ants take a lot longer to return.
Send the address and a couple of photos — most estimates don’t need a site visit, and you’ll have a written price, itemized by surface, usually the same day.
