Pavers & Sealing
A deep clean, fresh joint sand, then a sealer that brings the color back and locks the joints against weeds and ants.
How It Goes
- CleanThe pavers come clean first, joints included, so nothing gets sealed in underneath. This is the step that takes the longest and the one that decides how the other two turn out.
- Re-sandFresh joint sand goes back between the pavers and is locked into place. Joints that are full are what stop the pavers shifting underfoot.
- SealA sealer brings the color back up and holds the sand where it belongs. Weeds and ants take a lot longer to find their way back in.

Good to Know
Sealing is quoted separately from the clean, so you can take one without the other. A clean on its own is worth doing; sealing on top of a surface that was not properly cleaned first is not.
Pavers need to dry fully between the wash and the sealer, so this is usually a two-visit job rather than one afternoon. We’ll tell you the schedule when we quote it.
