How We Do It
- Low Pressure, Start to FinishSiding and stucco get a soft wash. High pressure forces water past the finish and behind the wall, which is the one thing a house wash should never do.
- The Salt Film Comes Off TooClose to the water, a house picks up a salt haze that a plain rinse leaves behind. The solution takes it along with the mold and mildew.

Good to Know
Most house washes do not need you to be home. We need an outside water spigot and the gates unlocked, and you get a two-hour arrival window with a message when we’re on the way.
Windows get rinsed as part of the wash. If you want them cleaned properly rather than rinsed, say so when you book and we’ll quote it on the same estimate.
