How We Do It
- Wood Gets a Wide Fan and Low PressureToo much pressure raises the grain and leaves the boards fuzzy once they dry. A wide fan at low pressure takes the grey and the green off without tearing at the wood.
- Vinyl and Aluminum Get a Soft WashThe mildew on a vinyl fence is biological, so the solution does the work and the rinse carries it off. Scrubbing at vinyl with pressure just polishes streaks into it.
- The Bottom Rail Is the Whole PointThe green line where the fence meets the grass is the first thing anyone notices from the street. That is where we start, not where we run out of time.

Good to Know
A fence that backs onto a canal or a lake picks up growth far faster than one in the middle of a block. If yours is on the water, it will want doing more often than your neighbor’s.
We do not stain or seal wood. If your deck needs refinishing after the clean, we will tell you so rather than quote you for work we do not do.
